Yoruba Andabo is a top quality ensemble. Not only they have a profound knowledge of almost all the expressions of popular music, but also they are among its finest expositors. Being authentic Rumba performers, they incorporate African- origin songs and dances with supreme mastership and they have been ambassadors of our folklore in some of the most demanding stages of the world. This CD (phonogram-ALBUM “The Spirit of Rumba’’) constitutes an example of one of the best ensembles in the history of the Afro-Cuban music.
